Tyler R. Seideman dies 'of injuries suffered when his helicopter crashed'

A soldier from Northwest Arkansas was among 14 killed when their Blackhawk helicopter crashed in the Multaka region of Iraq on August 22. He is identified as 20-year-old Specialist Tyler R. Seideman of Lincoln. Seidman was assigned to the Second Battalion, 35th Infantry Regiment, Third Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. Military officials said the cause of the crash remains under investigation.
