Stormy Iraqi session condemns security walls, summons Maliki, summarily adjourned before resolution to ban U.S. in Baghdad can be considered

BAGHDAD: Iraq's parliament, in a stormy session Saturday, adopted a resolution objecting to the construction of security walls around Baghdad neighborhoods and calling on Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki to testify about security issues in the country...
The house was about to vote on another resolution, this time to ban American forces from Baghdad, when officials announced the house no longer had a quorum.
The house also decided to summon al-Maliki and the defense and interior ministers to address security issues, particularly in Diyala province northeast of Baghdad where there has been a sharp spike in attacks against U.S. and Iraqi forces.
