Santos Raymond Armijo killed by roadside bomb

Spc. Santos R. Armijo "Bear", 22, born April 1, 1984 in Phoenix, AZ. He was lost on October 2, 2006 by combat in Taji, Iraq while serving in the US Army. He was so loved by all of his family and friends.
For all who knew him remember the playful child and strong man he was. The remembrance of his smile, laughter, loud music, dancing and beautiful heart will live on. Survived by his mother, Tina Armijo, sister Santana, brother Alfonso Luna Jr, nephew Victor Miranda, fiance Genavieve Gloria, father Raymond Armijo, grandmother Velia, great grandmother Frances Olivas, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 13, 2006 8:30 AM with Mass held at 10:00 AM, both at St. Mary's Bascilica, 400 E. Monroe St. Burial Services will immediately follow at St. Francis Cemetery 2033 N. 48th St.
