Carl A. Eason killed by I.E.D.

Specialist Carl A. Eason, of Lovelady, died Monday in Baghdad after being injured when a bomb exploded near his vehicle.

The 29-year-old was assigned to the 4th Battalion, 27th Field Artillery Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division in Baumholder, Germany.
