6 detainees killed, at least 50 wounded in mortar attack on detention camp Bucca

Six civilian prisoners have been killed and at least 50 wounded in an attack on a US-run detention camp in Iraq, the US military says...
Camp Bucca is the largest US-run prison facility in Iraq, and has 13,000 of a total of 19,000 detainees held at US facilities in the country.
US military spokesman Lieutenant-Colonel Christopher Garver said the "indirect fire" attack consisted of a number of mortar rounds or rockets fired into Camp Bucca, but he gave no further details.
