Bush says dividing Iraq into separate regions would be a mistake
WASHINGTON President George W. Bush says he believes dividing Iraq into three separate regions — Kurdish, Shiite and Sunni — with a central government in Baghdad would be a mistake.
Iraqis did not vote for partition when they approved a new constitution and government, Bush said in Saturday's Wall Street Journal.
